Natural Pain Relief & Wellness

Self-Help Wellness Strategies

Learn how to get started and stay motivated

The two things most people want are natural pain relief and wellness. Amplifying health can be done by anyone. It is now easier than ever to get started. Keep reading to learn more.

First comes Dr. Ouellette's  Online, Anonymous, Wellness Web Assessment. Next comes learning the secrets of Health Amplification. A clean diet, and a reasonable blood flow exercise program, are two primary needs of everyone looking for natural pain relief and/or wellness.

There is an active section to amplifying health and there is a passive section as well. The active things have to be done by the individual trying to make changes. The passive things can be done to the individual by someone else, other health care providers for instance.

Active Health Amplification
Natural pain relief needs all Five Pillars of Optimal Health Secrets. We list them on our WellnessWithPain.com web site as well as on our OptimalHealthSecrets.com web site.

Dr. Ouellette’s FoodPainConnection can help with natural pain relief and wellness because, as it turns out, the foods that give natural pain relief also give long life wellness as well. Dr. Ouellette’s poison foods on his poison foods list just have to be avoided. When people get out of pain using Dr. Ouellette’s Five Pillars, then the diet is modified using the concepts in Dr. Ouellette’s second book called Cheating on Dr. Ouellette’s Anti-Inflammatory Pain Relief Diet. Both of Dr. Ouellette’s books on the Anti-Inflammatory Pain Relief Diet are available online now at the Xlibris.com web site.

Active involvement in one’s own health care requires attention to each of the five pillars, particularly nutrition and exercise as they both impact on blood flow, immune system health, vascular health, heart health, brain health and much more.

Learning how to prioritize one’s efforts is easy and inexpensive now because Dr. Ouellette has placed his Wellness Web Assessment online at TheQ.ca. And, it’s anonymous. When wellness numbers are known (there are 38 numbers for each person), then people can start with the Red Flagged items first and work on their own, at their own speed, with their own priorities. Dr. Ouellette’s Wellness Web Assessment tells people where to start by red flagging scores that need attention immediately.

Wellness Workshops with Dr. Ouellette provide Dr. Ouellette’s Wellness Report of Findings and Dr. Ouellette’s Wellness Action Plan. Dr. Ouellette’s Wellness Report of Findings tells people what Dr. Ouellette would say about their score ranges in each of the 38 scores listed. Dr. Ouellette’s Wellness Action Plan tells people exactly what they should do first, based on their answers at TheQ.ca. It’s a great way to get started with natural pain relief and wellness. Passive Health Amplification
Some people need extra help. There are several passive forms of care that can amplify health naturally in a non drug, non surgical way. We’ll list just a few of the major ones.

Chiropractic Spinal Manipulation Therapy (CSMT) is probably the most widely known and most commonly used. Realigning the spine and removing nerve irritation has it’s place.

LASER Therapy is relatively new and uses specialized light to boost healing. This specialized light has properties that work on the mitochondria to boost ATP among other things.

Electro Acupuncture Therapy is an excellent way to boost health and reset the spinal nerves to inhibit pain. Although we believe a lot of the theory in acupuncture is not scientific and unsubstantiated, the application of acupuncture can be done by most any health care provider and does provide a measure of relief.

Massage Therapy is a long standing profession that is great for relaxation and therapeutic muscle release. Massage therapy has been around for a long time and the benefits well known. It has a place in passive pain relief was well.

Passive forms of care cost a lot of money and sometimes to not produce results. That failure may very well be tied into a failure at understanding the FoodPainConnection. Unfortunately, most health care providers do not understand nutrition very well. That means the onus is on each person to learn to help themselves. That’s where we come in. We teach Wellness Self-Help.
